Character Bio

This is a fictional bio, based on the webmaster's character and on "some" true events.

When a not yet 'Promoter' was just a young lad, his stepfather took him to a live wrestling event during the mid-1980s. Wrestling was a lot different back then, including the way wrestlers entered for their matches. There were no steel barriers separating the wrestlers from the fans. As the young lad waited in anticipation for a wrestler to enter the ring, out walked Andre the Giant. As Andre made his way down to the ring, he saw the young lad and shook his hand. From that day on, the lad became a pro wrestling fan.

Over the years, the lad followed pro wrestling and even explored digital wrestling games until he developed an alcohol problem and was told to leave home. It was now the early 1990s, and the lad found himself on the streets, with no money and nowhere to turn. He felt utterly alone.

After spending some time on the streets, the lad met a beautiful lady named Loken, and they fell in love.

Shortly after this, the lad met Mickey and joined a wrestling faction called the T_horns. They took the lad under their wing. During an event where Mickey was scheduled to wrestle, a fight broke out between him and a rival member of another wrestling faction, leaving Mickey with a concussion and unable to compete. This being an important match, the lad stepped in as an alternate. He had only been training for a short time but stood at 205 lbs. That night, the lad won his match and, for the first time, caught the attention of a man known only as The 'Promoter.'

Now in the mid-1990s and weighing 220 lbs, the lad continued to be part of the T_horns and furthered his training. Over the next few years, he evolved into a full-time wrestling character.

As the late 1990s rolled around, the lad was heavily involved in the night and continued to enjoy late nights, but it was taking its toll. Then, out of nowhere, The 'Promoter' became furious with the T_horns for refusing to join his faction. He also developed an infatuation with Loken. In a shocking turn, The 'Promoter' sent his faction to hold Loken hostage backstage. With most of the T_horns injured or fleeing, they disbanded. Once again, the lad found himself alone and forced to take a huge stand.

He confronted The 'Promoter' at the biggest show of the year. The lad entered the ring and grabbed the mic, challenging The 'Promoter's' champion to a match. This match was for Loken, the title, and full control of the promotion. Under pressure from the fans, The 'Promoter' reluctantly agreed. But if the lad lost, he would face the full wrath of The 'Promoter's' power.

In the opening match, the lad struggled and was losing against his more powerful opponent. Just when all hope seemed lost, the last remaining member of the T_horns faction, Mickey, threw brass knuckles from the crowd to distract the referee. Rising to his feet, the lad clocked the champion and secured the win by pinfall, momentarily becoming The 'Promoter.'

Just when it seemed victory was his, the arena was raided. Shortly after, the venue was closed and demolished. During the match, the lad suffered a severely broken shoulder and took a chair shot to the head that some say caused him to be? He spent several months in the hospital, where doctors told him he might never wrestle again.

With everything destroyed and Loken running off with a wealthy European man, this once aspiring wrestling fan and now video gamer, weighing 240 lbs, rents a small room at the budget tower and lives quietly. This is entertainment only.
